The most awful service I received... Yes, they are fast, maybe even too fast... But the quality of work is just awful... Had an oil change done, when I bought my car, keep in mind no leaks or anything... Once they did my oil change and I went back to my dealer for a tire, he told me something was leaking and it wasn't before... So he checked... He told me the oil filter wasn't screwed on property... If I hadn't went back to my dealer I would of been without a car...
First of all we all make mistakes but when you make a mistake you speak up and have INTEGRITY. I went here for a tire balance service was quick and friendly. 4 days later I returned due to new shaking in my suspension. Upon returning I was told by the manger immediately this was my fault do to having a slightly larger tire on the rear of my truck, although this was a completely new vibration as I explained he replied with "Well I am pretty sure you need a new tire but we will check it out". After returning I was told "I needed 2 new tires and to check it out lets see how it works for you now". He didn't even make eye contact and tried to brush it off again blaming me for the issue. AFTER OBSERVING THE TIRE NEW WEIGHTS HAD BEEN ADDED AND THE TRUCK IS RIDING SMOOTH. AGAIN WHEN YOU MAKE A MISTAKE SPEAK UP HAVE INTEGRITY. I AS A CUSTOMER SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN TOLD IT WAS MY FAULT WHEN CLEARLY TERWILLIGER'S TECHS MESSED UP! TAKE SOME FAULT WHEN YOU ARE WRONG!! IT DOESN'T HURT ANYONE TO TELL THE TRUTH. THANKFULLY I KNEW BETTER, BUT WHAT HAPPENS TO THE CUSTOMER WHO DOESN'T KNOW ANY BETTER. I WOULD BE CAUTIOUS WHEN HAVING WORK DONE HERE AND DO NOT BE AFRAID TO QUESTION SERVICE.
