Everyone is always so friendly in the swainsboro store

For a part store it's clean it can get busy there but the employees do their best try and wait on everybody in a timely manner

The customer service representatives were the best.**they were the best then, when they had better clerks** (see @ below) They helped me find everything I couldn't. He also exchanged my battery quickly. He explained the details of why it was not up to par and if there was something I could have done to prevent it. They are just a great hometown feeling store I will go back to as needed. @ As of September 25th I went back without my receipt to exchange my windshield wiper, when I did they claimed that I did not buy it from Advance Auto it was not under my profile. It took exactly 30 minutes to get someone to wait on me even though there were three representatives in the store. I had to stand there and move my items three times to a different countertop so they could ring me up. So a quick visit that should have taken only 10 minutes ended up taking 30 minutes for no reason whatsoever other than they were waiting on one person 2 Representatives. I understand that when someone is being waited on they need to continue but when someone else walks in one person can break away and wait on that person. I gave them a great review the first time the second time they do not get a good review and I don't know if I'll be going back because the lady was rude to me and had no reason to be rude to me. I should have been rude to them. Oh and then she told him to install the one wiper not both wipers even though I bought it from them and he verified that I bought it from them because it was under their SKU number. She was very rude and I don't know how or why she works with the public.
