They're short light-skinned waitress that works there does not know how to greet people when they come in the door. And then have the audacity to ask me what is my problem when I'm coming to spend my hard-earned money with these ratchet waitresses they have in there. Their food isn't all that good anymore because they have new cooks and waitresses. my suggestion be not to go there and go down the road to another Chinese restaurant...
Sadly, the Mexican plate I usually order is not as good as it was when it was still El Rinconcito. I miss their flare and friendliness! Only a couple of people on staff now are even friendly. It takes forever to get food now - whether you dine in or carry out! I still like the Mexican food but now I know I can't go for my lunch hour and fill up.
Actually pretty good food is hot and fresh and they usually have a special during lunch, trick is if you get more than 3 items asked for a side container like maybe for your rice or something.
Visiting home for Thanksgiving Break; Wanted to grab something to eat being that it has been a while since i’ve been in Swainsboro a lot has changed & Dragon Loco was one of the changes i haven’t experienced yet. Upon arrival everything was okay once entering the restaurant we where told to sit ourselves the waiter cameover and took our drink order we sat and looked at the menu he didn’t even give us 5 minutes until he returned ask are we ready in a very harsh tone. Then after that we where asked to move to another table so they could mop we moved but no one started mopping until 10 minutes later. Our waiter Zeth was extremely disrespectful, abrasive, rude, and overall too energetic. He held my friends food without any grip he had on “ clark “ dress shoes the floor was extremely slippery. He then proceeded to play with my friends food gripping it removing it from the table picking up his chips etc. He also made other guest feel uncomfortable while having their meals. I would recommend implementing a new customer service training plan as an alternative to terminating the entire staff. The food wasn’t bad at all it was hot maybe a little over done but it’s was edible. Make the suggested changes and the place would be great.
My First experience was awful... food was not done and staff were rude. And the last time that i went the food was not any better and to top it off we went there with family and wanted to split the ticket between two people. TWO people and the lady that supposedly split our ticket didn't do it right because two meals and two teas should not of costed $45 dollars especially when we ordered a $6 meal. I questioned the lady about it and she was rude and still refused to fix it.
