Gr8 customer service
I live in Macon and typically they mail my prescription. In over a year, there have never been any issues. I changed address and notified them. They assured me the medication would be mailed to the correct address.
I like picking up medicine here and its in a great location
2 weeks later, I called them and they told me to go ask at my old address if they had received it. That's potentially a HIPAA violation and in no way did they make an effort to resolve my need for medications.
They even had the audacity to contact my father and ask me to change my review. So now it's a 3 instead of a scathing 1. It would have been much worse. But this is Swainsboro for you.
